* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the tender document :
The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the similar works should be 10 (Ten) years from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The tenderer must have distribution authorization from reputed solar panel manufacturer to avoid conflicts during warranty claim.
The minimum specific experience of (Installation & commissioning of rooftop Solar Panel) tenderer in the supply of Solar System in 1 (one) contract with a value of at least Tk. 2.50 ( Two Point Five Zero) Crore at any Government/ Semi-Government/ autonomous body successfully completed in a financial year within the last 05 (Five) years.
The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 2.50 (Two point Five Zero) crore over best three (3) years in the last five (5) years
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.65 (One Point Six Five) Crore.
Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
All others as stated in the tender documents
Khulna University authority reserve right for not awarding this work to any on-going contractor of this University.
Abnormal/ intentional rate-quoting of any or more items may cause of rejection of the tenderer.
