* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৬০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum  general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.
b) The Specific Experience of satisfactory completion of electromechanical works including supply and installation of  Lift within the last 5 years of mimimum Tk. 160 Lac at a Single contract under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh
i. In case of the Goods Supplied under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii. If Goods Supplied under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Ex En and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Ex En of PWD of the concerned area of Goods Supplied.
iii. In case of the Goods Supplied under/in private organization /building, the certifying authority shall be owner/client/ user and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of concerned area of execution of work
c) The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 160 Lac.Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender b. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PG3-8 (enclosed in Section-6). Otherwise the tender will be summarily Discarded.
d) Manufacturer's Authorization Letter (e-PG3-5) from lift manufacturer must be submitted in prescribed format.
e) Marked Catalogue & Technical specification must be submitted.
f) upto date VAT , Income Tax certificate, upto date Trade License and Upto date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, GoB.
g) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Section-6 of e-tender documents must be fulfilled
