প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
ii) A satisfactory completion of a similar nature of work of at least Tk 80.00 Lac under 01 contract over a period of last 05 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
a) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
iii) The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 117.00 Lac during the last 5 years preceding the date of invitation of the tender.Only payment certificated will be counted for turnover calculation. No completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate.The Tenderer must submit a summarized Turnover Calculation sheet of last 5 years.
iv) The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 39.00 lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
v) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 75.00 lac.The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet with the following supporting documents i) Maximum value of Works performed in any 1 year during last 5 years and ii) Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next 12 months.
vi) The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate, along with the Tender
