1. Tenderer should have registration in e-GP portal system.
2. Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS.
3. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility / Liquid assets certificate according to PPR format. Without credit line facility / working capital/ Liquid assets certificate according to PPR format tender declare as non-responsive. Amount of liquid asset is TK.27, 00,000.00 (Twenty Seven Lakh Taka).
4. After completion of the tender opening process, if unable to downloading important documents of the tender, which consider to tender evaluation, this may be treated as non-responsive.
5. Up to date Trade license, VAT and Tax Certificate.
6. A minimum one successful completion similar experience of Supply and Installation of Furniture/related goods in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization of minimum TK. 24,00,000.00 (Twenty Four Lakh) under single contract in the last 5 (Five) years.
7. Specific experience of satisfactory completion of Supply and Installation of Furniture of minimum TK. 24,00,000.00 (Twenty Four Lakh) under single contract in the last 5 (Five) years.
8. A minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Furniture Goods and related Goods.
9. All BD/BG/Pay Order must be in favor of Jashore University of Science & Technology, Jashore.
10. Tenderer should submit their Factory License Certificate, ISO certificate, Affidavit of ownership of the firm, Environmental clearance certificate of any project and Fire Service and Civil Defense certificate of any project.
