The requirements for General Experience, Specific Experience, and Liquid Assets are outlined in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS)
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
a) The Tenderer shall fulfil all criteria stated in the TDS/Specification.
b) The Tenderer must have a valid and up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration, and Tax Certificate.
c) The Tenderer shall comply with all other criteria mentioned in the uploaded Specification. The signed uploaded Specification shall be considered final.
d) The Tenderer shall submit their proposal strictly in accordance with the Tender Documents and the uploaded Specification.
e) The Tenderer must submit a Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter or a Permission Letter from the Sole Distributor.
f) The Tenderer must submit the Catalogue/Brochure of the offered Air Conditioner (AC) along with the Tender Documents.
g) If the Tenderer fails to submit any document required for tender evaluation, the Tender will be treated as non-responsive.
h) After completion of the tender opening process, if any documents related to tender evaluation are found missing or not downloaded, the Tender will be treated as non-responsive.
i) Retention money/Security money/Performance Security will be released after twelve (12) months of successful completion of the delivery of goods/works/supply.
j) The warranty period shall be provided by the bidder in accordance with the uploaded specifications and shall be confirmed in writing with a Tk. 300 stamp, at the time of signing the Contract Agreement.
