* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer shall have an updated Trade License; Tax Identification Number (TIN), updated Tax paying certificate, and VAT registration certificate;
2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of general experience in the printing and supply of reports, books, certificates, making crests, and/or related services;
3. The minimum specific experience as a supplier for printing and supply of reports, books, certificates, making crests, and/or related services at least one (1) contract completed within the last 3 (three) years with a value of Tk. 4,80,000.00 (Four Lakh Eighty Thousand Taka only);
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be BDT Tk. 7,50,000.00 (Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand Taka only);
5. Tenderer shall have printing press;
6. Any other document as specified in the TDS.
