প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer shall have an updated Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN), updated Taxpaying certificate, and VAT registration certificate;
2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of general experience as supplier in the supply of goods and related services;
3. The minimum specific experience as a supplier in supply of similar goods and related services at least 01 (One) contract completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of Tk.19,00,000.00 (Nineteen Lakh Taka only);
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be BDT Tk. 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lakh Taka only);
5. Tenderer have to submit restaurant liscence issured by Deputy Commissioner (DC) under Bangladesh Hotels and Restaurants Act, 2014 & Bangladesh Hotels and RestaurantsRuler, 2016 in favor of the hotel(s) or restaurant(s) proposed by the tenderer under the tender for the supply of food.
6. Any other document as specified in the TDS.
