* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Only Local Manufacturer who have-
a) Industrial License of producing uPVC materials.
b) Minimum 05 (Five) years manufacturing and supply experience of similar nature of goods.
2. Minimum supply value of 160/250mm nominal (outer) diameter uPVC pipe & fittings for irrigation in government/semi government/autonomous organization under single contract in the last 5(five) years is TK. 350,00,000.00 (three crore fifty lakh).
3. Minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit lines is TK. 350,00,000.00 (Three crore fifty lakh) only. Bidder need to submit Bank statement or Certificate from any schedule Bank
4. ISO 9001:2008 Certificate in favor of manufacturers of goods is mandatory.
5. Terms & Conditions mentioned in the file Special terms & Conditions (uploaded in section-6) will be applied.
6. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS)
