* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have
i) Minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion as a Prime Contractor in similar nature of works (Development of Field through Sand filling or Earth filling) under public sector and successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years in single contract, with a value of at least Tk. 2,25,00,000.00 (Two Crore and Twenty-Five Lakh Only).
ii) The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 2,00,00,000.00/- (Two Crore Only). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
iii) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
iv) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
v) Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
vi) Submission of false or forged documents with the tender is strictly prohibited. If any such documents are found, the tenderer will be recommended for Black List.
vii) The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
