প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as 1st class Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years. 2)Minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature of works shall be for at least 1(One) successful completion a single contract of contract value minimum Tk.1.50 Lakh In Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization.3)Minimum Annual Construction turnover of Tk.01.00 Lakh during last five years In Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization.4) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk.1.9 Lakh in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW2a-3 in Original form. Certificate in support of liquid asset or working capital must be issued from the Bank within date of issuing and the date of submission of tender. It must be unconditional and in favour of the name of concerned work and the certificate must contain a valid email & phone number.5) Minimum Tender capacity of value Tk1.50 Lakh
6. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender:
(i) Valid Trade License(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate(iv) Updated (2023-2024) PWD license. (v)Copy of up to date ABC/BC License & ABC/BC Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board
8. Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover
