কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a)The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be at least 10(Ten) years.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(one) contract of 05 (Five) storied RCC Building with mat foundation including Civil, Sanitary, Internal Electrification successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk.Tk 1100.00 lakh. (c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(five) years of Tk. 1600.00 lakh. (d) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk 350.00 lakh in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form e-PW3-8) in Original form which must be unconditional (e) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum Tk 1200.00 lakh (f)The Tenderer must enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board, GOB (g) The tenderer must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria mentioned in details in the Tender Data Sheet, Particular conditions of contracts & Drawing section ( Section 2 ,4 & 10 in the Document Tab). (h) Time Bound work plan in Bar chart.
N.B: Updated VAT adjustment will be applicable according to G.O
