* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৫,০০০,০০০ ~ ৭৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tender must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents:
Reputed Contractors/ firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works.
Reputed Contractors/ firms who have successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work (Supplying and Installation of 3-Phase Diesel Generator) of amounting TK 2.00 (Two point zero zero) crore in a single tender in Autonomous organization/ Govt./Semi Govt. of Bangladesh during the last 5 (five) years including Civil & Electrical works.
The required Average Annual Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2.00 (Two point zero zero) Crore over the best 03 (three) year in the last 05 (five) years.
The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit Facilities, Free funds shall be Tk. 2.00 (Two) Crore; Bank statement within 28 days from the submission date of Tender to be attached.
The Tenderer must have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate from N.B.R, VAT Registration Certificate, Trade License, Other required Eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet.
Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below of the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
All others as stated in the tender documents
Khulna University authority reserve right for not awarding this work to any on-going contractor of this University.
Abnormal/ intentional rate-quoting of any or more items may cause of rejection of the tenderer.
