প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) General experience of supply of dal/dietary Articles/similar Goods and related services of minimum 03 (three) years in any government organization; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(II) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of goods similar to the
proposed goods in at least a number of contract(s) and, each with a minimum value, over the period, as specified in TDS;
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 11,00,000/- under maximum 3 contract in the last 5years i.e.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk 4,00,000/-. The tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along with experience certificate in the e-GP system.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk. 13.00 lakh (ITT Clause-15.1.a; From PG3-8);
(IV) UP-to date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [Size of grain: Must be small grains and at least 600 grains in per 10 gram] Supply of unnotmaner Moshur dal Saru )} must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Jail as per technical specification before tender opening date and time.
