* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৩০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2025 Rules & Regulations;
b. The Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per standard tender document (STD).
(I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 01 (one) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(II) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, each with a value of at least Tk.800000.00 (Eight Lac Only) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) The minimum amount of liquid assets, i.e working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is (Form PG3-8) Tk.1200000.00 (Twelve Lac Only) [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system.
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier.
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with e-TIN Certificate.
(VI) e-BIN (13 Digits) Registration Certificate.
(VII) All certificates must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazette officer.
