* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk.28.00 Lac in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (The Tenderer must be Submited the successfully completed Work Completion Certificate with Work Order and NOA) within last 05 (five) Years .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 40.00 Lac over the last 05 (five) Years .Total = (40x5)= 200.00 Lacs.(Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable) .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit facilities of theTenderer shall be TK 40.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW2a-3 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate/Bank Statment will be not allowed as liquid asset.
5.Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.
6. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.

According to the above memo, it his/her prvious work does not satisfactory the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
