প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, Joypurhat without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature of Construction Building work, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years only in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous Organisation, each with a value of at least Tk. 10,00,00,000.00 (Ten Crore Only) (The Tenderer must be Submited the successfully completed Work Completion Certificate with 100% percent financial progress or at least equal/greater than Tk. 10,00,00,000.00 Ten Crore Only with successfully completed Work Completion Certificate )[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 11,20,00,000.00 (Eleven Crore Twenty Lakh Only) over the last 5 (five) years (Total 11.20x5=56.00 Fifty Six Crore Only).(Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable) .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
5. The tenderer must have minimum Liquid Asset / Credit Facilities /Working Capital of TK. 2,00,00,000.00 (Two Crore Only) BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender (PW3-8 Format).
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 11,00,00,000.00 ( Eleven Crore Only).
