* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৫,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) A satisfactory completion of a RCC Building work of at least Tk 120 (One Hundred Twenty) Lac under 01 contract over a period of last 03 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
(ii) The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 150 (One Hundred and Fifty) Lac during the last 3 years preceding the date of invitation of the tender.Only payment certificated will be counted for turnover calculation. No completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate. The Tenderer must submit a summarized Turnover Calculation sheet of last 3 years
(iii) The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 40 (Forty) lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender b. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PW2a-3 (enclosed in Section-8) prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PW2a. Otherwise the tender will be summarily Discarded
(iv)The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 120 (One Hundred Twenty) Lac. The Tenderer must submit the followings Tender Capacity Calculation sheet substanciated with supporting documents i) Maximum value of Works performed in any 1 year during last 3 years and ii) Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next 12 months
v) The Tenderer must enclose upto date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate, along with the Tender.
vi) Upto date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB.
