প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below
(a)The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be at least 10(ten) years.(b)Having Specific experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 01(one) Number of 3(three) storied RCC Building with pre-cast RCC 5(five)storied pile foundation including civil, sanitary,internal electrification,water supply, rainwater harvesting,underground water reservoir of minimum Tk.1800 lac In single contract &100 KVA substation,sound system, solar system of minimum Tk. 32 lac in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years(c)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(five) years of Tk.2500 lac.Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.In case of JV the JV agreement Documents must be submitted along with respective payment certificate (d) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk.420 lac in the form of letter of commitment of Banks,undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW3-7) in Original form,which must be unconditional.( (e)Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum Tk.1900 lac(f)The Tenderer must enclose with Tender(i) Up-to-date Trade License(2023-24) (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board(v)The tenderer must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria mentioned in details in the Tender Data sheet and Particular conditions of contracts ( Section 2 & 4 in the Document Tab)(vi)Work program in Bar chart.
