• The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 65.00 (Sixty Five) lakh during last 05 (Five) years.
• The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 32.00 (Thirty Two) Lakh only. Adequacy of credit line(s) substantiated by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form e-PW2a), without alternation or addition, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract (original copy only)
• The tenderer must possess: i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid VAT registration certificate and iii) Up-to-date trade license.
