কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,০০০,০০০ ~ ১২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
* The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
* Having specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature of works/experience in emergency work on national day celebration completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least 38.0 Lakh Taka in a single contract. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
* The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than 38.0 Lakh Taka over the last 05 (Five) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
* The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be 27.0 Lakh Taka. Adequacy of credit line(s) substantiated by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form e-PW2A-8), without alternation or addition, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract (original copy only).
* The minimum capacity shall be: 40.0 Lakh Taka.
* The tenderer must possess: i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate; ii) Valid VAT registration certificate and iii) Up-to-date trade license.
* All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS, PCC and ITT included in this tender.
