Ortho phosphate based corrosion inhibitor- purpose- To prevent scaling in the coondenser.
Polymeric Biodispersant - purpose- Bio dispersant to control bio films.
Organo phosphate base scale inhibitor- purpose- To prevent scaling in the coondenser.
Non oxidising Biocide For Closed Circuit Cooling- Purpose - Biocide for closed cooling system.
Multi metal corrosion inhibitor- purpose- to prevent corrossion in closed cooling system.
Calcium Hypochlorite based biocide, Oxidizing Biocide- purpose- chlorine alternative
 
দরপত্রের মূল্য: ২,০০০ টাকা; দরপত্র জামানত: ২২০,০০০ টাকা।
দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Invitation for Tenders is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.
1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences, Latest Income Tax certificate 2023-24, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter and Evidence for liquid assets.
2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.
3. Tenderers must have precursor chemical/ similar chemical import license/ genunine chemical production factorys agent documents.
4. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) similar only cooling tower chemicals supply experience otherwise tender will be non-responsive. Tenderer must have specific cooling tower chemicals supply experiences in BPDB/ Govt Organization otherwise tenderer will be non responsive.
5. Tenderers must submit 1000mL sample of each sample before 01/1/2024, 11.30 in office of the cheif chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj in suitable Jar/Bottle to fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non responsive.
6. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
7. Tenderers must submit a writter commitment that they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.
8. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of similar cooling chemical supply experiences otherwise tenderer will be non responsive.
9. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity will reasonably request
