04. Tenderer shall have liquid asset of Tk. 75000.00 (Tk. Seventy five thousand) only.
05. The tenderer shall have valid BIN, trade license, Vat certificate, Income Tax certificate, Up to date Bank solvency etc. 06. All other terms and conditions as given in the tender Document
