* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum specific experience ie Yearly Maintenance of 11kv, 11/0.4 kv & 0.4kv Electricity Distribution Transformers /DSS/ Similar Nature of Works as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk 7,00,000 (Tk. Seven Lakh) only.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction of works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Mangagement Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 8,00,000 (Tk. Eight Lakh) only over the last 03 (Three) financial years.
4. Tenderers shall have the following up to date valid License- Trade Licence as First Class Contractor & VAT/EBIN Certificate, ABC & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, PSR of Income Tax.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka 7,00,000.00 (Tk. Seven Lac) only .
6. If a tenderer is awarded any yearly emergency installation, repair & maintenance and recovery & re-installation of 11kv, 11/0.4kv and 0.4kv overhead line and distribuition transformers/DSS contract form any office of DPDC after the submission of tender proposal and for this yearly emergency distribution line maintenance/DSS running contracts excedds the number 02(Two), then his/her tender proposal will be treated as rejected.
7. Any other terms and conditions as required by the Tender Document.
