* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Agro-Processing Equipment’s of at least 03 (Three) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) year, with Total value of at least BDT. Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lac.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lac.
(d) Up-to Date Valid Trade License.
(e) Up-to Date Income TAX Certificate With TIN. Certificate.
(f) Latest VAT Registration Certificate.
(g) Authorization Letter Manufacturer must be Submitted with Tender Documents.
(h) Bank Solvency Certificate Must be Submitted.
(i) Must Submit Samples (Only Small Item’s Submit on Tender Opening Date).
