দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works under public Sectors as prime contractor or subcontractor shall be 3 (three) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal).
2. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least (1) one contract of similar nature and methodology successfully completed within the last (3) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 54.00 (Fifty four Lack) in BDT.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 83.00 (Eighty three lakh) taka over the last (3) three years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50.00 (Fifty Lakh) in BDT.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: 70.00 (Seventy lakh) in BDT.
