1.The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 3 (three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience under single contract as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Repair, Maintenance and Renovation of RCC and Building works within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 15.00(Fifteen) Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 15.00(Fifteen) Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk BDT 24.00 lac
5. The minimum capacity shall be: BDT 18.00 lac
