প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 3(three) years.
2. The minimum specific work experience under single contract as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Repair, Maintenance and Renovation of RCC and Building works within the last 3 (three) years with a value of at least Tk 25(twenty five) Lac Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. The specific work experience must be submitted through the prescribed form (W9) of CPTU.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 45(Forty five) Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk BDT 20(twenty) lac.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: BDT 24(twenty four) lac.
6. The Tenderer must possess up-to-date trade license, VAT Registration & Up-To-Date Income Tax certificate.
