a) Tenderers must have income tax clearance certificates from the NBR/concerned office.
b) Tenderers must have VAT Registration certificates from the NBR/concerned office.
c) Tenderers must have Trade Licenses
d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/cash flow capacity of Tk 1.00 Lakhs.
e) Having Lincence through PWD Naogaon Division
f) Only completed works in stipulated completion period will be considered for payment ,
uncompleted works will not be considered for payment,no claims will be accepted for payment beyond stipulated completion period.
