* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৭৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in Construction works.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one contract of RCC Building Construction with Civil, Sanitary and electrification works successfully completed within the last 5 years,  with a value of at least Tk. 1300.00 (One thousand Three hundred) lac.
The required average annual construction turnover must be greater than Tk 1700.00 (One thousand Seven hundred) lac during the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with in support of average annual construction turnover.
 The minimum amount of Liquid Assets of the bidder must not  be less thanTk. 400.00 (Four Hundred) lac only supported by unconditional bank certificate (only Form PW3-8 uploaded in BPPA website)
Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate, ABC category contractory & supervisory board license.
Tender Capacity must not less than Tk. 1600.00 (One Thousand   Six Hundred) Lac and Tender Security must  not less than Tk.52.00 (Fifty two) Lac.
