3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 8.00 Lacs in the form of PG2-5

6. BIN/VAT Certificate
7. Sample must be approved by procuring entity before delivery of goods. If price quotation is inappropriate to the estimated rate, PE can take clarification from the tenderer.
