প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor, or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in a similar nature of Construction works of at least 01 (one) contract completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 Lakh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 12.00 Lakh in the last 5 (five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in e-PW2A-8 of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 14.00 Lakh.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 10.00 Lakh.
6. The Tenderer must enclose with the Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License & VAT Registration Certificate
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
(iii) ABC Category Contractor License, Supervisory License issued by the Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
