প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works under Public Sector as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under Public Sector of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature and methodology successfully 100% completed within the last 03 (Three) years with a value of at least Tk. 220.00 lac (Two Crore Twenty Lac) Only in a single contract.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk 320.00 Lac (Three Crore Twenty Lac) only over the last 05 (five) years.
(d) Up to date Trade license.
(e) Up to Date Tin Certificate.
(f) BIN Certificate & Submission proof.
