প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Similar Works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk.120.00 lac (i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, under whom the work has been executed. (ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.150.00 lac over the last 05 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 150.00 lac. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 150.00 lac.
6. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
7. Upto date ABC/BC category contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing board, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh for E/M work must be submitted.
8. Tenderer must submit upto date Income Tax Clearence Certificate, upto date Vat Registration Certificate, upto date Trade License and all necessary documents stated in TDS & PCC of this tender.
