* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years;
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub contractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of 01 (one) no RCC Framed structure building construction work or work of similar nature within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 4.5 crore (Four crore & Fifty lac only); Documents in support of specific experience must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(b).
c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 9.0 crore (Nine crore only) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years or the best five years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years. Documents in support of average annual construction turnover must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(c).
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 8.85 crore (Eight crore & Eighty Five lac only). Documents must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(d).
e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 6.5 crore [ To be Submitted: ongoing work details, contract amount, bill payment amount, remaining works amount and other required information].
f) The Tenderer must submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC Electrical contractor & ABC Electrical supervisory license from Bangladesh Electricity Licensing Board.
g) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the ITT, GCC, TDS & PCC of this tender.
h) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard.
