b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least Supplying of 1 (one) number of Electromechanical goods of similar nature of Tk. 0.50 lac in a single contract in Government Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. In case of the work done other than PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the conceded Executive Engineer PWD, of that division.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 0.90 lac in the prescribed form the cash credit Amount must be unconsumed/unutilized.
d) The tenderer must posses attested copies of following documents-
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to date trade license.
e) Warranty certificate for supplied Goods.
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents
