* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৬০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Neon/ Poly Sign/ Special Light, Solar Energy System, T&T/ PSTN/ PABX/ System & CCTV, LAN Network, Stage Light & Sound System and related services shall be 05(Five) years.
2.The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similiar goods/services of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed each with a value of at least Tk 5.20 ( Five point two zero) Crore in a Government /Semi-Government/Autonomous/Private Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer.(ii) In case of work done under Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous/Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD,the certifying Authority shall be the officer of the organization(not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duely authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed(FORM-A).
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6.00 (Six point Zero zero) Crore.
4. A Manufacturer's Authorization Letter is required as per TDS.
5. The tender must possess:
(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date trade license
(iv) TIN certificate
(v) Up-to-date Electrical Supervisory License & ABC License
(vi) Attested copies of documents mentioned in Sl. No. (i), (ii), (iii),(iv) are to be submitted.
6. Necessary supporting documents must be submitted along with the Tender.All other document as mentioned in TDS and detail specification of substation and generator accomplying with ITT clauses
