প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shal be 05 (Five) years
. 3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Similar Nature i.e. Construction of Monument works of at least 01 (one) contract successfuly completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 Lacs.
4.The required average annual construction turnover shal be greater than Tk. 11.00 Lacs in the last 5 (five) years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets shal be in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in e-PW2A-8 of the Tenderer shal be Tk. 15.50 Lacs
6. The minimum Tender capacity shal be: Tk. 11.00 Lacs.
7. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender : (i) Valid Trade License & VAT Registration Certificate ( i) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate ( i) ABC Category Contractor License, Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB. (iv) Only submitted Payment Certificate wil be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
Al Necessary supporting documents and certificates must contain a valid email ID & Phone Number otherwise the Tender wil be summarily rejected.
