প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tender must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents.
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in construction works.
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of electrical works of amount for TK 25(twenty-five) Lac in a single tender in Autonomous organization/ Govt./Semi Govt. of Bangladesh during the last 5 (five) years.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor shall have at least 1 (One) contract for 11kV or Higher Cable Line works or similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within the last 05(Five) years, which is minimum value of Tk. 30 (thirty) Lac; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 50(fifty) Lac over the best 3(three) year in the last 05 (five) years.
The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit Facilities, Free funds shall be Tk. 30 (thirty) Lac. Bank Certificate must be within 28 days from the submission date of Tender to be attached.
The Tenderer must have valid VAT Registration Certificate.
The Tenderer must have up to date Income Tax Certificate from N.B.R.
The Tenderer must have up to date Trade License.
The Tenderer must have up to date Electrical ABC License.
