প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Invitation for Tender is Open to all Qualified Tenderers as Mentioned Below:
(A) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of The Tenderer in Civil Works Shall be 5 years.
(B) (i) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Building Construction works in/c Electrification Works of Tk 10.00 Crore in a single contract in Govt /Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
(ii) In Case of Work Done Under PWD The Certifying Authority Should be The Concerned ExEn. and In Case of Works Under any Govt/Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD The Certifying Authority shall be an Officer not Below The Rank of ExEn. and The Same Duly Verified by The Concerned ExEn of PWD Under Whose Jurisdiction The Work has been Done.
(C) The Tenderer Shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover During the best 03 years in Last 05 Financial years of Tk. 17.00 Crore. Payment Certificates for Contracts in Progress or Completed Under Public Sector Must be Submitted along with Tender in Support of Construction Turnover.
(D) The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Cash flow capacity/Credit facilities/Credit Line Tk. 4.25 Crore. Only and Must be Certified Within 28 Days up to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender and must be followed by the appropriate format (PW3-7).
(E) The Tender Must Possess :
(i) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
(iii) Up to date Trade License.
(iv) Up to date ABC Category Contractorship and Supervisory License
(v) Other Notable Terms are Pointed out at TDS,PCC,ITT and GCC Which Strictly Should be Followed
F) The minimum capacity shall be: 12.75 Crore. The Tenderer must submit proper documents in support of tender capacity.
