প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in construction works shall be 5 years [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal].
B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub contractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of 01 (one) no building construction work or similar nature work successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 1.20 Cr ( Tk One crore & Twenty lac only); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Documents in support of specific experience must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 29.1(b).
C) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 1.0 cr ( Tk One crore only) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years or the best five years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years. Documents in support of average annual construction turnover must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 29.1(c).
D) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 1.0 cr ( Tk One Crore only). Documents must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 29.1(d).
E) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 1.30 cr (Tk One Crore & Thirty lac only) [ To be Submitted: ongoing work details, contract amount, bill payment amount, remaining works amount and other required information].
F) The Tenderer must Possess:
1) Up to date Trade License.
2) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
3) Income Tax Certificate.
iv) Up to date ABC Category Contractory and Supervisory License from "Electricity Licensing Board", GoB
G) Other Notable Terms and Conditions are Pointed out at TDS,PCC,ITT and GCC Which Strictly Should be Followed.
