প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. (a) Tenderer must go through TDS, PCC & Section 06 of the “Document” Tab & submit relevant Documents accordingly. (b)The number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be at least 10 years. (c) Having Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of similar nature work of minimum Tk. 150.00 lac in a single/multiple contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. (d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(five) years of Tk. 300.00 lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. e) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk. 120.00 lac in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW 2a-7) in Original form, which must be unconditional.(f) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum 175.00 lac. (g)The Tenderer must enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License ). (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv)Copy of up to date ABC/BC License & ABC/BC Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board. (v) Time Bound work plan in Bar Chart.(vi)Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover
