প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. The tenderers will be registered of CPTU.
b. The tenderer shall have renewed update valid trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate.
c. The tenderer shall have experience for civil construction work successfully completed over the last 5 years in a single work order amounting Tk. 10.00 lakh.
d. Work certificate to be attached with the tender.
e. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities Tk. 7.00 lakh..
f. Any work completed with LD (Liquidated damage) according to work order will not be considered for acceptance after evaluation.
g. The terderer can participate in all lots but one tenderer shall get maximum 01 (One) lot (If responsive lowest more than 01 (One) lot under the project).
All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be full filled by the tenderer
