প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The tenderer shall be the local manufacturer/supplier. In both cases the authorisation of manufacturer and supplier there should have an industrial license, environmental clearance certificate from a directorate of Environment (DOE),
2) Five years of overall production & supply experiences of distribution transformer in any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations.
3) Manufacturing companies shall have ISO 9001:2015 certificates (standards for quality management systems) and ISO 14001:2015 certificates (stands for environmental management system) to be submitted with the tender document.
4) Bidder shall submit satisfactory test certificate of offered goods from BUET/RUET/MIST or any other Government recognized organization.
5) The tenderer shall submit sample of 01 nos 100/200 KVA Three phase wound core distribution transformer, 01 nos DOFC and 01 nos Lightning Arrestor before submission of tender to the address mentioned in TDS, The original Receipt of sample submision must be enclosed with the tender document.
6) Bidder must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
All experience certificate to be submitted as per prescribed format of PPR -2025 (as per Attachment) in any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations.
