* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The tenderer shall be manufacturer who have industrial license. The Manufacturer shall have a minimum 2 year of overall experience for manufacturing of similar goods & 1 year specific supply experience of the materials.
b) Factory test report has to be submitted with the suplied goods.
c) Certificate should be enclosed issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
d) The authority reserves the right to verify physically the production capacity and technical ability of the factory before evaluation or issuance of notification of award if it feels necessary.
e) The authorized representative/agent is only applicable for foreign manufacturer.
f) Tenderers having trade license, income tax clearance certificate, TIN & VAT Registration certificate. Copy of these certificates and original money receipt of purchasing tender documents must be enclosed along with the tender in addition to the required papers mentioned in the tender documents.
g) Tenderer shall submit the sample (i.e. Minimum 1m Hose pipe 1 piece) in Rajshahi/Nawabgonj regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the depositing shall have to be attached with the Tender document.
h) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 100.00 lakh in the last 5 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 lakh.
