প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1) Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
(2) The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i)Up-to-date Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Up-to date ABC category Conbtractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(v) The tenderers must have up to date valid License from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence.
(vi) The tenderers must have up to date valid License from BSTI.
vii) The tenderers must have up to date valid Pipe Test Certificate from BUET which is M.S ERW Type.
(viii) The tenderers must have up to date valid License from Department of Explosives.
3) The tenderers must have submit manufacturer authorization letter.
4) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg.Annual Construction Turnover.
5) Copy of NOA and Agreement for All PE's Current Commitment and On-Going Works.
6) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in Fire Fighting Related Supply work.
7) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management similar nature works (Fire Fighting Related) of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.3.66 crore.
8) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.18.30 crore in the last 5 (Five) years.
9) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) as per Form ePW3-7 of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 3.00 crore.
10) The minimum Tender capacity shall be; Tk. 4.5 Crore.
