দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪০০,০০০ ~ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Valid trade Licence( Up to date).
2) VAT registration certificate.
3) Up to date income Tax certificate.
4)The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 01 years
5)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4.00 Lakh in the form of PW2-5 mentioning the name of the work
6) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Furniture supply work (similar nature of work) of tk.3.00 Lack during last 5 years.
7) Satisfying the other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet of the tender document.
8) The Qouted Rate must be Similar /relevant to the PWD Schedule of Rates 2018/2022.If Quoted Rate are Excessive Above/Less than the Estimated Cost, the tenderer must submit detail Analysis of his Quoted Rate according to the Analysis of PWD schedule of Rates 2018/2022.Otherwise the tenderer will be Non-responsive according to the PPR 2008Rule 98(23).
Note :- One Tenderer eligible for maxmimum Five Furnuiture Works. (IFT NO - 2,3,4,5).

According to the above memo, it his/her prvious work does not satisfactory the tenderer will be considered asnon-responsive.
