* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Valid Trade License (Up to Date).
2. VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Income tax clearance certificate UP to Date .
3. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works (Building Construction) for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk 100.00 Lakh (One Crore) in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization within last 05 (five) Years.( Year Counting backward from the tender publication date).
4. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 100.00 Lakh (One Crore) over the last 05 (five) Years. Total Amount 100 x 5 = 500 Lakh (Five Crore). Only Payment certificate shall be acceptable as Turnover. (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date)
5. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 65.00 Lakh (Sixty Five Lakh) Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of e-PW2A-8 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted.
(NB :The liquid asset as a bank statement will not be allowed.)
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be TK. 100.00 Lakh (One Crore).
7.The tenderer must visit the Construction site before tender submission.
8. Work done bill will be paid in accordance with fund availablity.
9. Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS & PCC .
10. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2025 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
