প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must have 5 years of general construction experience.
2. Minimum specific experience required is a successful completion of at least one RCC framed structure building including civil, sanitary, and electrification works, within the past 5 years as a Prime Contractor/ Subcontractor/Management Contractor of a value of at least BDT. 65.00 (sixty-five) Lac in a single contract under Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. Minimum average annual construction turnover of BDT 75.00 (seventy-five) Lac during the last 5 years is required. Payment certificates for ongoing or completed contracts (only Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization) must be submitted with tender.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/ Credit facility (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration & must be unconditional) BDT. 50.00 (fifty) Lac.
5. The required minimum tender capacity is BDT. 75.00 (seventy -five) Lac. Supporting information and documentary evidence of on-going works must be provided.
6. VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up-to-date trade license, and up-to-date ABC contractor & Electric Supervisory license must be enclosed.
Tenderers in debarred list of World Bank are ineligible. All enclosed forms must be filled up & submitted. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC must be fulfilled.
