প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
2. The intending tenderer's must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up-to-date Trade License.
3. The minimum specific experience of the Tenderer at least 01 (one) contract of similar Nature of work completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk 7.0 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.(i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
4. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-8 in original form) of Tk. 7.50 Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
5. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 10.00 Lac. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
6. The tender capacity is Tk 7.50 Lac. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments). Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
