(c) Yearly Carrying of different types of Chemicals/goods & wastage coal.

দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৫০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1) NID & Renewed Trade license.
(2) Up-to-date VAT registration certificate and Income tax certificate.
(3) The minimum number of general experiences of tenderer shall be last 5 (Five) years.
(4) Specific experience for similar works shall be 3 (Three) years.
(5) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk.18 (Eighteen) Lakh under single contract over a period of last 5 (five) years shall be required.
(6) The tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital amount BDT 8 (Eight) lakhs. (Steady balance for 7 (seven) days prior to submission of the tender) or credit facilities (existing with available fund supportable by bank statement) for this package. Letter of commitment for line of credit (Form PW2 a) will not be acceptable.
(7) The required average annual turnover (for works) shall be greater than Tk. 12 (Twelve) Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years. The period may be best three (3) years in the last five (5) years..
(8) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated, the tender will be rejected.
(9) The tenderer should fulfill the other requirements described in the Tender Document (TDS & PCC).
(10) Authorization letter on the headpad of the tenderer. In case of shortage of any requirement, the tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.
